- 1/2 ground pork and at least 1/2 shrimp.
- Mix salt, black pepper, white pepper, sugar and ginger onion juice with pork.
- Stir with consistent direction until it feel sticky.
- Mix in shrimp cut.
- Wrap wanton skin with the filling having wood stick pulling out.
- Not to press too hard as pulling into the boiling water could quickly seal the filling inside.
