Shrimp pork wanton 鲜虾小馄饨

  1. 1/2 ground pork and at least 1/2 shrimp.
  2. Mix salt, black pepper, white pepper, sugar and ginger onion juice with pork.
  3. Stir with consistent direction until it feel sticky.
  4. Mix in shrimp cut.
  5. Wrap wanton skin with the filling having wood stick pulling out.
  6. Not to press too hard as pulling into the boiling water could quickly seal the filling inside.
